RCCG Serbia Connect is a mobile application operated by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Serbia ("we," "our," or "us"), a registered religious organization based in Belgrade, Serbia.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you download and use the RCCG Serbia Connect app. The app provides church announcements, event schedules, sermon content, prayer requests, and community updates for members and visitors of RCCG Serbia.
By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.

The app uses the following third-party platforms, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — user authentication, database, push notifications, and crash reporting
- Apple App Store — iOS app distribution

Data Retention & Security
Retention: We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
- Firebase security rules to restrict unauthorized data access
- Limiting data access to authorized RCCG Serbia staff only
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your information using best practices.

Children's Privacy
The RCCG Serbia Connect app is designed for general congregation use and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

International Data Transfers
Our app uses Google Firebase, which may process and store data on servers located outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate data protection for international transfers.
By using the app, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries outside your own in accordance with these safeguards.
